We guarantee we will answer the phone when you call or we will call you back within two hours of a left message.
If a NeXGen- approved resident doesn’t pay rent,
then you don’t pay a management fee
until the resident pays.
If you’re not fully satisfied with our service, you can
cancel anytime. We just ask that you give us 30 days
notice to ensure a smooth transition. *conditions apply
We guarantee that any NeXGen approved resident will remain in your property for at least 12 months. If they do not, we’ll replace them and waive the leasing fee.

If we can’t find a resident to sign a lease within 15 days, we will waive your first month of management fees. *conditions apply
We will conduct an exterior inspection every month and take a picture of the front of the property for you to view on your portal . In addition, we will perform an annual inspection with multiple pictures, or we will waive our management fee that month.
